NAP investigates medications, such as trazodone, eszopiclone, and gabapentin, in order to determine whether they help decrease symptoms of insomnia in military Veterans with post-traumatic stress disorder
This study intends to enroll adult (ages-18-64) US military Veterans with chronic insomnia disorder and PTSD into treatment with pimavanserin or placebo for 8 weeks. We hope to understand the potential benefit of pimavanserian for PTSD-related insomnia and use the results for future studies.
The purpose of this study is to evaluate whether treating growth hormone deficiency in Veterans with Gulf War Illness can lower body fat, reduce fatigue, and improve sleep.
