Pimavanserin for Insomnia in Veterans with PTSD

This study intends to enroll adult (ages-18-64) US military Veterans with chronic insomnia disorder and PTSD into treatment with pimavanserin or placebo for 8 weeks. We hope to understand the potential benefit of pimavanserian for PTSD-related insomnia and use the results for future studies.

Growth Hormone Replacement Therapy for Gulf War Veterans 1990-1991 (GWIT)

The purpose of this study is to evaluate whether treating growth hormone deficiency in Veterans with Gulf War Illness can lower body fat, reduce fatigue, and improve sleep.
