After graduating from the University of Houston at Clear Lake with a M.A. in Clinical Psychology, I joined the Translational Research Center for Traumatic Brain Injury in the Spring of 2022. Having completed an undergraduate internship at the VA, I am happy to be back here to continue working with the Veteran population in a variety of research projects at IQuEST and the VA. My research interests focus on better understanding and addressing the unique experiences and needs of those belonging to underserved populations, such as Veterans and people with uncontrolled HIV, through clinical assessment and intervention development. In my free time, I enjoy engaging in daily physical exercise, reading anything and everything I can get my hands on, and spending time with loved ones.
